常飲樽裝水會病?

健康專家表示,現代人的鎂攝取量往往低過建議水平,主因過度耕種令蔬果的鎂含量較以前大減80%,不能靠多食蔬果補充。加上都市人愛飲酒、喝咖啡、又嗜甜,令體內的鎂流失得更快。

要從日常飲食補充鎂,可選擇杏仁,腰果和松子等堅果,無花果和香蕉。

    多吃堅果,酸性食物盡量少吃,注意生活作息和配合運動應該會減少身體的不適!
